The third quarter of 2021 saw significant activity in the arcade sports app category in Central America. Here's a closer look at the top 5 apps' performance, using data from both iOS and Android platforms, courtesy of Sensor Tower.

Pooking - Billiards City experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $12 in late August. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at around 45K in late June and reaching over 63K by mid-August, before stabilizing around 52K. The app also maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users ranging from 380K to 450K throughout the quarter.

Football Strike from Miniclip.com saw a decline in weekly revenue, falling from $2.4K at the beginning of the quarter to around $1.2K by the end of September. Downloads followed a similar downtrend, dropping from 49K in late June to around 32K in mid-September, before a slight recovery to 35.9K by the end of the quarter. However, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 430K and 510K.

Air Hockey Challenge! by MOBIRIX showed modest revenue figures, with a peak of $16 in mid-July. Weekly downloads exhibited a downward trend, starting at 31.5K and decreasing to around 19.7K by the end of September. The app's active users also saw a decline, from 80K in late June to approximately 74K by the end of the quarter.

Mini Football - Soccer game also published by Miniclip.com, had weekly revenue figures fluctuating between $1K and $2.4K. Downloads showed an initial dip from 43K in late June to around 19K in mid-July, followed by a recovery to approximately 34K in early August, and then stabilizing around 27K by the end of September. Active users saw a significant drop from 86K in late June to around 50K by mid-July, with a gradual recovery to around 68K by the end of the quarter.

Ice Skating Queen from Lion Studios, launched in mid-July, saw no revenue until mid-September, where it peaked at $6. Downloads saw a significant spike to over 56K in early September, before dropping to around 18.4K by the end of the month. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at approximately 94.6K in mid-September and then decreasing to around 33.9K by the end of the quarter.
